Our Story
Farmhouse Roots,
Island Fire
Soko Kitchen & Cocktails sits in the heart of Kainaliu, where a weathered tin roof gives way to a sunroom wrapped around tall palms. The building came with its character — we just brought the aloha and the fire.
Everything on the menu moves mauka to makai: kiawe-smoked meats and kalua pork from the uplands, ahi and local catch straight off the boat, garden vegetables from nearby farms. We smoke in-house daily, cure our own fish, and build cocktails the same way we build a plate — with patience, local ingredients, and a little bit of showmanship.
Pull up a stool under the tin, or take a table under the palms — order something smoked and stay a while.
